Advanced Thermal & Motor Engineering
The loaded Prodigy NB2 subwoofer features a 4-layer copper voice coil and a double-stacked motor assembly capable of 14mm of linear one-way excursion. To handle 400W RMS consistently, the driver utilizes a multi-stage cooling system including a center pole vent and radial backplate holes, ensuring the 500°F high-temp adhesives remain stable even during extended high-output listening.
Interlocking Enclosure Rigidity
Proline-X enclosures are CNC-precision cut from 3/4" MDF and assembled using a proprietary interlocking design. Unlike generic "gray carpet" boxes, these are engineered with heavy internal bracing and a specialized V-Port design to minimize turbulence and mechanical noise. The result is 33Hz-tuned bass that is deep, clean, and free from the muddy resonance found in lesser enclosures.
