The fastest route if you already own the driver. These enclosures are built around published Thiele Small parameters for each specific subwoofer, with net volume, port tuning where applicable, and mounting depth matched to that model rather than approximated from a generic size chart.

Loaded means the subwoofer arrives already mounted and wired, so it is ready for an amplifier out of the box. Sealed gives you a shallower rolloff and tighter transient response in a smaller cabinet. Useful when you know the size you have space for but have not settled on a driver yet. Remember that cone diameter alone does not determine box volume. Two 12 inch subwoofers can call for very different enclosures depending on their compliance and resonance.
