We Are Not a Focal Dealer, and That Is the Point
We sell no Focal drivers at all. This cabinet is built to the figures Focal publishes, for a subwoofer you already own or buy from a Focal retailer. There is no upsell here and no bundle: just the box, cut correctly for a driver we do not profit from.
Cut for One Line, Not a Size Class
This is not a generic ten inch Focal box. It is cut to the published alignment of the Flax Evo ten inch, so the net volume and the baffle cutout suit that driver rather than being approximated for its diameter. A different Focal subwoofer wants a different cabinet.

Do you sell Focal subwoofers?
No. We do not sell Focal drivers, we are not a Focal dealer, and we make no claim to represent the brand. We build the enclosure and you source the subwoofer from a Focal retailer.
Which Focal subwoofer does this box fit?
It is cut for the Focal Flax Evo ten inch, to the parameters Focal publishes for that driver. Other Focal subwoofers have different parameters, so this is not a general-purpose ten inch Focal enclosure.
Why is it down-fire?
Because the orientation suits the driver and the installs it usually goes into. Aiming the cone at the floor makes the floor part of the acoustic load and protects the cone from cargo. The trade is that the clearance has to be designed in, which is what the feet do.
What kind of floor does a down-fire box need?
Flat and solid. A ribbed cargo tray or a lift-out panel will flex under the cabinet and rattle, and neither provides the boundary the orientation was chosen for. Measure the clearance with weight in the box, because carpet compresses under load.
Is it sealed, and does it ship with polyfill?
Sealed, and yes. Every sealed cabinet we build ships with polyfill already installed. You do not need to add any and you should not remove it, because the fill is part of how the enclosure was tuned.
Can you cut a different size or orientation for a Focal driver?
Possibly. Everything is CNC-cut to order in Tullahoma, Tennessee. Contact us with the exact Focal model and the space you are working with and we will tell you whether we can build it.
