The Hydrogen 10 gets its own Professional Series build. Ground Zero drivers are no longer part of our stocked lineup, but we continue to build enclosures for them because fitment is a question of geometry rather than of which brands we carry.

Two Builds, Two Different Drivers
Radioactive and Iridium
A Performance Optimized ported enclosure covering four configurations. Single 10 inch at $229.99, single 12 inch at $249.99, dual 10 inch at $269.99 and dual 12 inch at $299.99. One product, four cabinets, sized separately for each configuration rather than scaled from a single template.
Hydrogen 10
A Professional Series ported cabinet at $389.99 cut specifically for the Hydrogen 10. It sits in the higher construction tier because the Hydrogen is a more demanding driver than the Radioactive or Iridium, and the cabinet is built accordingly.
Ported Across the Range
Both builds here are ported, which reflects what these drivers want. Ground Zero subwoofers in these lines are output oriented, and their parameters put them in ported territory. Port area matters more than most people expect on drivers like these, because an undersized port produces audible chuffing at high excursion that sounds like a fault but is just air velocity. Our port area calculator will give you a working figure if you are checking our numbers or sizing a custom build.
We Build for Ground Zero, We Do Not Stock It
Ground Zero drivers are no longer part of our stocked lineup. The enclosures remain available and we will keep building them, because enclosure fitment is a question of geometry and Thiele Small parameters rather than of which brands we carry. If you own a Ground Zero sub and want a cabinet cut properly for it, that is what these are.
How These Are Built
Langboard Elite 3/4 inch MDF, CNC cut on ShopSabre routers in Tullahoma, Tennessee. Internally braced, prewired to a Proline X ABS and carbon fiber terminal cup with stainless steel hardware.
Warranty follows the series. The Hydrogen enclosure is Professional Series and carries a 2 year limited warranty. The Radioactive and Iridium enclosure is Performance Optimized and carries 1 year.
No. Ground Zero is no longer part of our stocked lineup. We continue to build enclosures for their drivers because fitment is independent of which brands we carry.
Can I use the Radioactive box for a Hydrogen?
No. They call for different net volumes and the Hydrogen gets its own Professional Series cabinet for that reason. Order the box built for the model you actually own.
Why are both of these ported?
Because that is what these drivers want. Their parameters put them in ported territory, and a sealed cabinet would cost you a significant part of the low end they are capable of.
What is the difference between Performance Optimized and Professional Series?
Both are cut from the same Langboard Elite MDF on the same routers. Professional is the higher construction tier and is matched to more demanding drivers, which is why the Hydrogen gets it. The tier follows the driver rather than being a separate choice.
Can you build for other Ground Zero models?
Yes. Give us the exact driver, whether you want sealed or ported, and your maximum external dimensions, and we will quote a one off.
Do I need an amplifier?
Yes. These are passive enclosures with no amplification built in. For a single subwoofer a monoblock matched to the final impedance is the standard approach.
