Why 100% OFC Copper Matters
Many budget amp kits use copper clad aluminum (CCA), which is aluminum wire with a thin copper coating. Aluminum has noticeably higher resistance than copper, so a CCA cable of the same gauge drops more voltage and runs hotter at the same current. Every conductor in this Divini kit is 100% oxygen-free copper, so the gauge on the label carries the current that gauge is supposed to carry, and your amplifier sees the voltage it was designed for.
Is This the Right Kit for Your Amplifier?
Best fit: Most single amplifiers up to about 1,000 watts RMS, such as a monoblock for one or two subwoofers or a four channel for a full system.
Rule of thumb: 8 gauge for amplifiers up to about 500 watts RMS, 4 gauge up to about 1,000 watts RMS, and 1/0 gauge above that. Long runs or big current draws push you up a size.

Install Notes
Mount the fuse holder within 18 inches of the battery positive terminal, so the full length of the power wire is protected. Run the power wire away from the RCA cables, ideally down the opposite side of the vehicle, to keep alternator noise out of the signal. Keep the ground short and bolt it to clean, bare chassis metal; the 3 foot ground cable in this kit is sized for exactly that.
