INSTALLER'S TAKE

Tight installs are where I spend a lot of my time, and the link300.4mini is the amp I keep coming back to when there is no room for a real amplifier but the customer still wants a real upgrade. At 6.4 by 4.5 inches it tucks under a seat or behind a kick panel, and unlike most amps that small, it still bridges.

That bridging is the part I want installers to notice. I wire channels 1 and 2 to the components with the high-pass engaged, bridge 3 and 4 to a sub with the low-pass, and now one little amp is running a full front stage plus bass. For a daily driver that is often all the system anyone needs.

The built-in summing earns its keep on modern factory cars. When the head unit splits the signal across speakers and never sends a clean full-range output, the link300.4mini puts it back together internally. No separate processor, no extra box to find a home for. Set the level trim on each pair and you are dialed.

On the bench it behaves. The 40V hi-level input and adaptive loading mean it taps into factory amplifiers without throwing radio errors, and auto turn-on saves you hunting for a remote wire that may not exist. Set the gain with the clip LED, run clean 4-gauge power and ground, and it stays cool.

If the goal is a clean factory integration in a vehicle with no space to spare, this is the one.

Wavtech Mini Series

link300.4mini | 300 Watt 4-Channel Amplifier

A true 4-channel amplifier in a footprint barely larger than a deck of cards. Bridgeable, fully integrated, and built to run a complete front stage and a subwoofer from one tiny chassis.

Real Power in a Tiny Footprint

The link300.4mini measures just 6.4 by 4.5 by 1.65 inches, small enough to hide under a seat or behind a panel where a conventional amplifier will not go. What sets it apart from other compact amplifiers is that it does not give up capability to get there. It produces 50 watts RMS per channel at 4 ohms and 75 watts RMS per channel at 2 ohms, and it is fully bridgeable to 150 watts RMS x 2 at 4 ohms.

Bridgeability is the feature most small amplifiers drop. Here it stays, which means a single chassis can run a set of components up front and a subwoofer at the same time.

50W x 4RMS at 4 Ohms
75W x 4RMS at 2 Ohms
150W x 2RMS at 4 Ohms BTL

Built-In Summing for Factory Systems

Modern factory systems often split the audio across multiple speakers, sending bass to one set and midrange or treble to another instead of a single full-range signal. The link300.4mini handles that internally with built-in summing, recombining those split signals into a usable full-range feed with no outboard processor required. A level trim adjustment then fine-tunes the output of each channel pair after summing.

This is paired with Wavtech's best-in-class line output converter, built-in loading, and the ability to accept up to 40V of hi-level input, so the amplifier ties directly into demanding factory wiring.

A common setup: run channels 1 and 2 in stereo with the high-pass filter for a component front stage, then bridge channels 3 and 4 with the low-pass filter for a subwoofer. That delivers 50W x 2 for the components and 150W x 1 for the sub from one amplifier.

Clean Integration, Easy Setup

The link300.4mini is engineered to drop into modern vehicles cleanly. Adaptive OEM Load Technology keeps factory radios from throwing error messages, differential balanced inputs reject system noise, and auto turn-on works through DC-offset or audio signal detection so no remote wire is required when one is not available. It is Start/Stop system compatible, holding performance steady when the engine cuts at idle.

Variable high-pass and low-pass crossovers at 12dB per octave let you filter each channel pair, and variable gain with a clip LED makes level matching straightforward. The compact aluminum chassis uses detachable mounting tabs and 4-gauge power and ground terminals, with Active Thermal Management keeping it composed under load.

Footprint

6.4 x 4.5 x 1.65 Inches

One of the smallest true 4-channel amplifiers available, built to mount where conventional amps cannot fit.

Flexibility

Fully Bridgeable

Bridges to 150 watts x 2 at 4 ohms, so one chassis runs a component front stage and a subwoofer together.

Signal

Built-In Summing

Recombines split factory signals into a full-range feed internally, with level trim on each channel pair. No outboard processor needed.

Integration

40V Input + Adaptive OEM Load

Best-in-class LOC accepts high-level signal from factory systems and prevents radio error messages.

Tuning

Variable HP/LP Crossover

12dB per octave high-pass and low-pass filtering on each channel pair to separate speakers from a subwoofer cleanly.

Reliability

Active Thermal Management

Holds rated output under sustained load inside a compact aluminum chassis with locking hi-level terminals.

The Compact Amp That Does It All

Power, bridging, summing, and factory integration in a chassis just 6.4 inches wide. The link300.4mini upgrades a factory system without taking up the space a full-size amplifier demands.
