For IDMAX: The Professional Series Pro 10-S IDM and Pro 12-S IDM are sealed enclosures built specifically for the IDMAX 10 and IDMAX 12. Double-baffle construction with threaded inserts matched to the IDMAX bolt pattern, polyfill, and 12 gauge OFC pre-wiring landed at the Proline X composite terminal cup. Yes. The IDMAX V4 is the current generation of the IDMAX flagship subwoofer line, available in 10, 12, and 15 inch sizes. The V4 retains the IDMAX engineering principles (high-excursion technology, replaceable cone, parabolic Santoprene surround, glass fiber pulp cone, aluminum neck joint) with refinements introduced in the V4 generation. All IDMAX subwoofers in this collection are V4 unless specifically labeled otherwise.
Match the amplifier's RMS output at your wired impedance to the driver's RMS rating. IDMAX 10 and 12 drivers run 1000W RMS at 2 ohms. IDMAX 15 runs 1000-1500W RMS depending on configuration. IDQ 10 and 12 drivers run 300-500W RMS. The Image Dynamics SQ600.1D monoblock pairs cleanly with the IDQ line. The SQ1200.1D monoblock pairs cleanly with single IDMAX drivers.
