Shipping Policy

Method of Shipping

By default, all products ordered through are shipped via standard shipping providers including but not limited to USPS, UPS, and FedEx. If you're interested in alternative shipping methods or speeds, we offer several options at an additional cost.

Order Processing & Delivery Time

We understand the excitement that comes with a new purchase. That's why we strive to ship your order within 3-4 business days following the date of your order. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is shipped, allowing you to track the progress of your delivery.

Built-to-Order Items: If your purchase includes a built-to-order item, please note that these products will be sent to their respective manufacturer for assembly and will be shipped at a later date. You will be notified separately for the shipping details of built-to-order items.

Out of Stock Items

In the rare case that an item becomes unexpectedly out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you via email. You will have the option to wait for the item to be restocked or to cancel the out-of-stock item from your order.

Return Policy

Duration for Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret that we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Be in the original packaging.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Items purchased on sale cannot be refunded.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
  2. Pack the item securely in the original package.
  3. Include all paperwork, parts, and accessories.
  4. Enclose a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.
  5. Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer support.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
