The monoblocks are rated at 1 ohm, where a Class D bass amp does its work, and each also publishes its 4 and 2 ohm figures so you can match the wiring. The NBM1000.5 runs four channels plus a 250W sub channel, a whole system on one compact chassis. Every model ships with the bass knob and the full crossover set on its product page.

What is the difference between the NBM and NB series?
Chassis size and output. The NBM series is the compact line, 4.87 inches wide, covering a four-channel, a five-channel and a 1200W monoblock for tight installs. The NB series is the full-size line, 7.4 inches wide, with the higher-output NB300.4 four-channel and the NB2800.1 monoblock. Both share the bass knob and the protection circuitry.
Which Prodigy amp do I use for a subwoofer?
One of the monoblocks, matched to the driver. The NBM1200.1 (1200W at 1 ohm) suits a single sub in a compact chassis, and the NB2800.1 (2800W at 1 ohm) is for a dedicated SPL build with the alternator and battery to feed it. Both are rated at 1 ohm and publish their 4 and 2 ohm figures. Match the amp's power at your wired impedance to the sub's RMS rating.
Which Prodigy amp runs a full system on one chassis?
