Built Different. Built Better.
Every Proline X enclosure is manufactured in our Tullahoma, Tennessee facility using materials and construction methods that most enclosure brands don't touch.
Langboard Elite MDF
48.5 lb/ft³ density and 200 psi internal bond strength, the highest-grade MDF available for enclosure construction.
1-Year Warranty
Full coverage on materials and construction defects. We stand behind every enclosure we build.
Driver-Matched Tuning
Internal volume, port tuning, and cabinet dimensions are spec'd to each driver diameter, not a universal fit applied across sizes.

Proline X Micro Series sealed Arc Audio subwoofer boxes compact footprint
What the Proline X Micro Series is
The Proline X Micro Series is a line of sealed subwoofer enclosures engineered around a compact external footprint. They are intended for vehicle installs where standard enclosure depth or width will not fit the available space. This series covers 8-inch, 10-inch, and 12-inch Arc Audio subwoofers in single and dual woofer configurations. Within the Proline X lineup, the Micro Series addresses the space constraint problem directly without reducing the build standard applied to the rest of the range.
Sealed enclosure alignment
These are sealed enclosures — the driver operates in a fully enclosed air volume with no port or vent. A sealed alignment produces tight, controlled transient response and a gradual low-frequency rolloff that integrates consistently with most amplifier subwoofer channels. Polyfill is pre-loaded in each cabinet to increase the effective acoustic volume, allowing the compact box to behave closer to a larger sealed enclosure. This offsets the acoustic penalty that typically comes with reducing external cabinet dimensions.
Stack Fab cabinet construction
Each cabinet is built using Stack Fab construction — MDF layers bonded together under pressure to form a single dense wall panel. This method produces consistent wall thickness and high rigidity across all cabinet surfaces. A rigid wall structure reduces panel resonance, which keeps the internal volume acoustically stable under repeated pressure cycles from driver excursion and sustained power. Stack Fab is used across the Proline X lineup where structural consistency and dimensional accuracy are required.
Driver sizing and woofer mounting
The double mounting face supports 8-inch, 10-inch, and 12-inch Arc Audio subwoofers in single and dual configurations. The woofer sits in a recessed cutout flush with the baffle surface, which protects the surround during handling and reduces install depth. Mounting uses 8/32 machine screws into pre-installed threaded inserts — the screws are included. Threaded inserts allow the driver to be removed and reinstalled without degrading the mounting points, unlike wood screws which can strip MDF over repeated use.
Terminal cup and internal wiring
The Proline X Advanced Terminal Cup is built in-house from ABS and carbon fiber with stainless steel hardware. Internal wiring from the terminal cup is completed at the factory, so no wiring is required inside the cabinet at install. The stainless steel hardware resists corrosion across the temperature and humidity cycles typical in vehicle environments. The ABS and carbon fiber construction keeps the cup rigid and low mass without adding unnecessary weight to the cabinet.
Inclusions and install readiness
Each Proline X Micro Series enclosure ships with rubber feet, polyfill pre-loaded in the cabinet, prewiring from the terminal cup, and 8/32 machine screws for driver mounting. At install, the only steps required are mounting the driver, connecting the terminal cup to the amplifier, and securing the box in position. No bench prep, internal wiring, or additional hardware sourcing is needed. This reflects the build standard Audio Intensity applies across the Proline X series.
