Proline X Micro Series enclosures are compact subwoofer cabinets built for Resonix 10-inch, 12-inch, and 15-inch drivers in installations where a full-size enclosure will not fit. Each cabinet is available in single and dual driver configurations, with internal volume and tuning calculated independently for each setup. The Micro designation refers to the reduced external footprint, not a reduction in construction quality or acoustic accuracy. Every enclosure ships fully prepared — prewired from the terminal cup, polyfill pre-loaded, and stainless steel feet included for downfire positioning.
Proline X Micro Resonix enclosures are built using Stack Fab construction, a layered fabrication method that bonds MDF panels under pressure to produce rigid cabinet walls and precise internal geometry. This eliminates the weak points associated with traditional butt joint construction and maintains cabinet integrity at the mechanical output limits of Resonix 10, 12, and 15-inch drivers. The double mounting face adds baffle rigidity directly at the driver cutout, reducing panel resonance during high-excursion operation. Stack Fab construction is used across the full Proline X lineup regardless of enclosure size or configuration.
The recessed woofer cutout on each Proline X Micro Resonix enclosure uses pre-installed threaded inserts with supplied 8/32 machine screws for driver mounting. No separate hardware sourcing is required at install. Machine screws threading into steel inserts produce a consistent clamp load across the driver gasket, maintaining an airtight seal between the Resonix driver and the baffle on every installation. All mounting hardware ships with the enclosure and is sized for the specific driver cutout on each model.
Each Proline X Micro Resonix enclosure uses an in-house Advanced Terminal Cup built from ABS and carbon fiber with stainless steel hardware. The terminal cup ships prewired, so the internal connection between the terminal and the driver is completed at the factory before the enclosure reaches the installer. Stainless steel hardware resists corrosion in vehicle environments where humidity and temperature cycles are constant. The ABS and carbon fiber construction keeps the terminal cup rigid under repeated use without cracking or deforming.
Every Proline X Micro Resonix enclosure ships with polyfill pre-loaded, internal prewiring from the terminal cup completed, and stainless steel feet attached for downfire use. Polyfill increases the effective acoustic volume of a sealed enclosure without increasing its physical size, extending low-frequency output in a cabinet where internal volume is constrained by the compact footprint. The included feet elevate the enclosure off the vehicle floor, maintaining clearance for cone movement and port output in downfire configurations.
Proline X Micro Resonix enclosures share the same Stack Fab construction, Advanced Terminal Cup, threaded insert mounting system, and hardware spec as the full-size Proline X range. The Micro Series is the correct choice when install space is the primary constraint. When clearance is not a limitation, full-size Proline X enclosures provide greater internal volume supporting lower tuning frequencies and additional excursion headroom. Both series are available for Resonix 10-inch, 12-inch, and 15-inch drivers in single and dual configurations.
