Built Different. Built Better.
Every Proline X enclosure is manufactured in our Tullahoma, Tennessee facility using materials and construction methods that most enclosure brands don't touch.
Langboard Elite MDF
48.5 lb/ft³ density and 200 psi internal bond strength, the highest-grade MDF available for enclosure construction.
1-Year Warranty
Full coverage on materials and construction defects. We stand behind every enclosure we build.
Driver-Matched Tuning
Internal volume, port tuning, and cabinet dimensions are spec'd to each driver diameter, not a universal fit applied across sizes.

Proline X Micro Series sealed subwoofer boxes with compact Dado construction
What the Proline X Micro Series is
The Proline X Micro Series is a line of sealed subwoofer enclosures built around a reduced external footprint. They are intended for vehicle installs where standard-depth boxes do not fit — narrow trunk floors, under-seat cavities, or custom builds with strict dimensional limits. Available in 8-inch, 10-inch, and 12-inch driver sizes in single and dual configurations, the Micro Series provides output across a range of install scenarios within a smaller cabinet envelope.
Sealed enclosure performance
These are sealed enclosures with no port or passive radiator. A sealed alignment produces tight transient response and a gradual low-frequency rolloff that integrates predictably with most amplifier subwoofer channels. Polyfill is pre-loaded into each cabinet, which increases the effective acoustic volume and allows the compact enclosure to perform closer to a larger sealed box. This is particularly relevant in the Micro Series where physical volume is constrained by the reduced external dimensions.
Dado and V-Groove construction
Cabinet panels are joined using Dado and V-Groove cuts, which create interlocking channels at panel intersections before bonding. This mechanical lock adds shear resistance that a simple butt joint does not provide, and it keeps panels aligned during assembly and curing. The result is a cabinet with consistent internal dimensions and walls that resist flex under sustained driver excursion. Dado and V-Groove joinery is a construction method used where dimensional accuracy and joint strength are both required.
Driver sizing and woofer fitment
The double mounting face accepts 8-inch, 10-inch, and 12-inch subwoofers in both single and dual configurations. The recessed woofer cutout positions the driver flush with the baffle surface, which keeps the surround protected and reduces the overall depth profile of the install. Driver mounting uses standard screws, which are not supplied — confirm screw length against your driver's basket depth before install. Using the correct screw length prevents damage to the voice coil assembly.
Terminal cup and prewiring
Each enclosure uses the Proline X Advanced Terminal Cup, built in-house from ABS and carbon fiber with stainless steel hardware. Internal wiring from the terminal cup is completed at the factory, so no wiring work is required inside the cabinet during install. The stainless steel terminal hardware resists corrosion in the temperature and humidity cycles typical of vehicle environments. The carbon fiber and ABS construction keeps the cup rigid without adding significant weight.
Inclusions and install readiness
Each Proline X Micro Series enclosure ships with rubber feet to isolate the cabinet from the cargo floor and reduce transmitted vibration. Polyfill is pre-loaded and prewiring is complete at the terminal cup. The only installation steps required are mounting the driver with standard screws, connecting the terminal cup to the amplifier, and securing the box. This level of preparation reflects how Audio Intensity builds out the Proline X line — ready to install without additional prep at the bench.
