Do you make enclosures for JL Audio subwoofers?

Yes. Audio Intensity builds Proline X CNC enclosures spec-matched to JL Audio drivers, including W0, W1, and W3 (10-inch and 12-inch), the 10W7, 12W7, and 13W7, and the 10TW3 and 12TW3 shallow-mount subwoofers. JL Audio is not part of our active driver lineup, but if you own a JL sub or are buying one elsewhere, we build an enclosure calculated from your driver's Thiele-Small parameters as a custom fitment.

Each box below is cut from the driver's Thiele-Small parameters on ShopSabre routers from Langboard Elite 3/4-inch MDF in Tullahoma, Tennessee — internal volume, port tuning, and baffle dimensions calculated for that specific JL sub, so it performs the way it was engineered to. JL Audio isn't part of our active driver lineup, so if you already own the sub or are buying it elsewhere, these are the matched enclosures.

Why a spec-matched enclosure matters
