The POW 172.2 differs from the POW 160.2 in its tweeters. Aluminum tweeters are used here. These find their fans especially when installed behind door panels. The tweeters also impress with their sound qualities and detailed reproduction of the finest high-frequency nuances. As with the POW 160.2, the stiffened and flow-optimized metal basket with its two-layer 165 mm glass fiber paper membrane serves as the woofer.
