1. How long will it take to receive my order?

Providing the products in your order are in stock, your order should ship out within 3-4 business days of payment being processed.

Exceptions: We use a secure third-party payment processor to handle your payment information securely. If your item is flagged as a potential fraud risk, we will hold off on sending your product until the payment clears and we have verified that the sale is legitimate.

2. How long until ________ is back in stock?

The availability of a product depends on whether it's on pre-order or out of stock. Pre-orders are usually shipped within 3-4 business days after we receive them into our stock. Although it is rare for us to run out of stock, if we do, we do our best to restock swiftly. Please contact support if you have specific needs or time constraints for a special order.

3. Why can't anyone sell Hybrid Audio Technology?

We are one of only two authorized online dealers permitted to sell Hybrid Audio Technology products. Unauthorized purchases and installations can void your warranty, so protect your investment by purchasing from authorized dealers.

4. Do you only ship to the United States?

While we do ship internationally, there are some exceptions. Due to agreements with Hybrid Audio Technologies, those products are only available for shipping within the United States. Please note that international shipping is not included in our free shipping offers. Contact us for international shipping quotes.

5. I'm in Hawaii / Guam / Alaska, how do I receive product?

Shipping to non-continental U.S. locations like Hawaii, Guam, and Alaska is treated as international shipping due to high postal charges. These locations do not qualify for our Free Shipping offers. Please contact us for a customized shipping quote for your specific needs.
