1. How long will it take to receive my order?
Providing the products in your order are in stock, your order should ship out within 3-4 business days of payment.
Exceptions: We use a secure third party payment processor who handles your information securely. If your item is listed as a potential fraud risk we will not send your product right away, until the payment clears, and we have a better idea that the sale is legitimate.
2. How long until ________ is back in stock?
This varies depending on if the product you're looking for is on pre-order or out of stock. Pre-orders will be shipped out within 3-4 business days after we receive them into our stock. It's rare that we find ourselves going out of stock. If we do not have your specific product in stock we do our best to get the product in hands swiftly for delivery. Please contact support if you're looking to have something special ordered due to time constraints.
3. Why can't anyone sell Hybrid Audio Technology?
Hybrid Audio Technology sells only to authorized online dealers. We are one of two with permission to sell their lines via the internet. Did you know if you don't have Hybrid Audio Technology equipment purchased and installed by authorized users it will void your warranty? Protect your investments!
4. Do you only ship to the United States?
Certain products are not available for international shipping. Due to the agreement made with Hybrid Audio Technologies we are only shipping our products within the United States, the rest of our items can be shipped internationally but are not included in our free shipping offers. Contact us for quotes!
5. I'm in Hawaii / Guam / Alaska, How do I receive product?
Due to the high postal charges associated with non-continental USA these locations are treated as International locations and do not qualify for Free Shipping. Contact us for a customized quote on your items!
